Product Guarantee: Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. Please contact us within 10 days of product receipt by email info@excellentaccents.com to arrange for replacement of a defective item. Products may be returned within 10 days of receipt (wrong color, size, etc) for exchange or credit back to your card. Products must be returned in new (unused) condition in the original factory packaging. To arrange for a product return please contact our customer service department info@excellentaccents.com and we will issue a return authorization number (normally within 24 hours). Credit will normally be provided for the cost of the product less the original FedEx or UPS shipping charges. Products returned after 10 days of receipt are subject to a 25% restock charge.
