Solid copper beating bowl.  Unlined copper bowls are unsurpassed for whipping egg whites.  Traditional brass ring thumb handle is easy to grip, permits hanging flat against a wall.  Bowl size 10.5" diameter (4.5 quart).  NOTE: Unlined copper bowls may not be appropriate for the preparation of other types of food.  Do not use for food storage.   If used for decorative purposes, this item is lacquered to resist tarnishing.  If used for food preparation, the lacquer should be removed (simple instructions included with product).
